TELEASISTENCIA/ TELESERVICE
Pietro Carnaghi, pone a disposición de sus clientes, sistemas de conexión remota que posibilitan, efectuar en tiempo real, un diagnóstico de los problemas de la máquina y resolver problemas de programación.
Efectuar una teleasistencia, significa conectarse con cualquier equipo en el mundo, via modem o via Ethernet (Internet), para individualizar las causas de las anormalidades de funcionamiento, modificar el software de automatización y sugerir al cliente, intervenciones sobre las máquinas.
TELEDIAGNOSTICO
Un instrumento innovativo.Permite visualizar el panel del operario de la máquina, directamente en el PC del departamento posventa.Esto significa, una ayuda muy importante tanto para la parte productiva como para la parte de programación. Este instrumento, permite crear un back-up a distancia.
REPUESTOS
La disponibilidad contínua de recambios y elementos esenciales para reducir el tiempo de parada máquina al mínimo, durante las operaciones de reparación o actividades de mantenimento preventivo. Para este fin, Pietro Carnaghi asegura el aprovisionamiento y la expedición de recambios en tiempo brevísimo y sobre demanda, la creación de un almacén dedicado de recambios.
