Tours verticaux de grandes dimensions, SERIE AS.
Ils sont caractérisés par une structure extrêmement rigide, avec un seul montant à colonne fixé au sol.
La structure est particulièrement fonctionnelle pour l’usinage de grands diamètres, en effet sa capacité à augmenter le diamètre usinable est considérable.
La structure est constituée d’un siège recevant le plateau, la boite de vitesses et d’un seul montant, avec glissières pour le déplacement de la traverse mobile. La forme et les dimensions de cette dernière sont largement suffisantes pour supporter les conditions de travail les plus difficiles.
Un mécanisme sophistiqué de compensation mécanique de la traverse et du montant, fruit d’années expérience, a été développé dans différents domaines d’application : des usinages de composants pour le secteur nucléaire en passant par l’aérospatial.
Les trois types de tirants de compensation différents agissent afin de minimiser les déflexions géométriques générées par les grosses masses en mouvement sur les axes linéaires de la machine.
De plus, les structures sont conçues à l’aide de l’analyse par éléments finis (FEM) et sont soumises à des cycles de stabilisation thermique de distension.
